Human Embryo At Morula Stage

This photomicrograph (microscopic view) displays an embryo that is called a morula since it contains a solid mass of blastomeres. Morulae are often seen between 72-96 hours after insemination. In spontaneous human pregnancy cycles, embryos are generally thought to enter the uterine cavity after development within the fallopian tube at the morula or the blastocyst stage of development.
